Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and anything else you submit through our forms or at checkout. If you create an account, we also keep your display name, your order history (it sets your rank) and, if you link it, your Discord account ID. We never store your password itself, only a scrambled version of it. When you visit the site we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the link that brought you here.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship your orders, run your account and rewards, send you the emails and texts you signed up for, measure and improve our website and our ads, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. If you sign up for texts, we use your number to send you promotional messages about drops, restocks and early access.

Text Messages (SMS)

By signing up for texts on our website, ticking the text box at checkout, or texting one of our keywords to us, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Obliveyon at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. We never share your mobile number or your text sign-up with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of the store for us: Shopify (store, checkout and payment processing), Klaviyo (email and text messages), Vercel and Supabase (website hosting and account storage), Meta, TikTok and Google (advertising and analytics, explained below), and Discord (only if you link your Discord account). Each of them handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, to keep your cart and sign-in working, to understand how the site is used, and to measure and show our ads. This includes the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics. Third parties, including Meta, TikTok and Google, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target ads. You can opt out of interest-based ads with the links below and in the ad settings of your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, like your cart, may stop working.
